CANCELLATION and RETURN POLICY
The Orders placed may be requested to be cancelled within 24 hours. However, while sending the request, user/buyer needs to provide valid reason(s) for such cancellation request and provide supporting document(s) as sought from time to time. The decision on Cancellation request will be taken by the Company within 72 working hours and communicated to the requesting party. User hereby agrees that the decision (regarding the cancellation request) of the Company shall be a binding on all parties involved in the transaction. Once the Cancellation request is accepted, the appropriate refund shall be arranged by the concerned party as per the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Company.
REFUND POLICY
On successful Cancellation of Services as per the Cancellation Policy of the Company, a proportionate refund of amount duly paid to the Company shall be refunded, provided: The amount paid by the User / Subscriber / You was duly credited in the Company’s designated Bank Account and the Services purchased by the User / Subscriber / You were not utilized.
Regarding any Offline Physical Products / Services sold by any Third-Party merchant selling its physical products or services on RR, the Third-party sellers choose whether or not they offer a return / refund policy, and if they offer one, they choose how long it lasts before it expires. Hence, please check the cancellation / return / refund policy of the Third-party seller before offering/accepting to buy any product / services from them (Third-Party). RR and/or the Company hereby explicitly declare that RR and/or the Company do(es) not recommend purchasing of any product and/or services displayed by any Third Party on this website (RR) and deny any responsibility or accountability in such matters, as RR or the Company neither recommends / endorses any product / services sold by any Third-Party using RR’s commercial advertisement services, nor it acts as an agent / representative of any such third-party advertisers.
